This policy applies to dress orders within the United States. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of the following terms; international orders refer to separate cross-border policies.

II. Shipping Fees

  • Calculation: Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on delivery address, including standard packaging (custom gift boxes incur extra fees).
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 (pre-tax) qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii excluded).

III. Order Processing Timeline

Cut-off Time 17:00 EST (New York) daily; orders placed after this time will be processed the next day.
Processing Period 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays); custom dresses require an extra 1-3 business days.
Transit Time Standard: 3-5 business days; Expedited (optional): 1-2 business days (additional fee applies).

IV. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Standard Service: UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx SmartPost (remote areas may experience 1-2 day delays).
  • Expedited Service: UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx Express (select and pay fees at checkout).
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment, viewable via the website’s "Order Tracking" page.

V. Address Changes & Cancellations

  1. Address Modification
    • Request changes via email to support@cedricbrowncollections.shop within 24 hours of ordering; no changes allowed after shipment.
  2. Order Cancellation
    • Unshipped orders: Cancel anytime; Shipped orders: Refuse delivery and follow return procedures (see Returns Policy).

VI. Shipping Exceptions

  1. Damaged Parcels
    • Refuse delivery upon noticing damage, take photos, and contact support@cedricbrowncollections.shop within 24 hours for a replacement/refund.
    • For undamaged 签收 orders, submit photos within 48 hours; late submissions imply acceptance of product condition.
  2. Manufacturer Direct Shipping
    • Processing: 1-2 business days for designer dresses fulfilled by manufacturers; transit takes 1-5 days (based on warehouse location).
    • Tracking: Separate tracking numbers sent after shipment, with possible 12-24 hour updates delays.

VII. Special Item Notes

  • Custom Dresses: Require 3-5 business days for production; expedited shipping not available. Confirm measurements and design details before ordering.
  • Limited Editions: May ship in separate packages due to stock constraints; customer service will communicate arrangements in advance.

VIII. International Orders

U.S. 境外 orders include additional duties, VAT, and cross-border fees, automatically estimated at checkout. Customers are responsible for destination country import regulations.
